In accordance with the recommendations of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), every accredited Higher Education Institution is expected to establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance mechanism. The IQAC serves as a catalyst for promoting continuous quality enhancement through systematic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and institutionalization of quality initiatives.

At Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering, Nashik, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established in July 2017 with the objective of fostering a culture of quality in all academic and administrative activities. The Cell functions as an institutional mechanism to ensure continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes, research, governance, student support systems, and institutional performance through the adoption of quality benchmarks and best practices.
