We, at KCT’s LGNSCOE try to connect with as many companies as possible for placement of students. We have made an integrated team of Department level Placement coordinators which helps is smooth functioning of the placements at individual department levels. We also have a fully-fledged training team which helps in improving the overall performance of the students during their academics in all the professional skills required by the organizations. The Training & Placement Cell takes up the role of facilitator between potential employers and students. It ensures that the students get information on companies and sectors of their interest. Various renowned organizations like, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, L&T, Persistent only to name a few, have successfully recruited our students over the years. We would like to assure Industry, Students and Parents that we will not leave any stone unturned to make all our stakeholders Happy and Proud.
Our Training and placement cell endeavor for overall development of students’ through soft skills mainly “English Communication”, “presentation skill”, “Interview etiquettes”, “Interpersonal skills”, “Problem Solving”, “Adaptability”, “Leadership Skills”. Various activities on campus and training programs organized, continuously improve students’ skill sets. We implicitly undertake Aptitude Training program which is the first step in the selection procedure of major recruitment. We invite people from the corporate sector to join with us and train our students through their CSR activity.
T& P Cell provides guidance on higher studies and opportunities all over the world. Internship is a major agenda on our roadmap. Which mainly FE/SE students undergo through training on soft skills and aptitude whereas TE/BE students are encouraged to get work experience in company for short duration.
