Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted at Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The committee is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and dignified working and learning environment for all women employees and students.

Purpose & Objectives

  • Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace
  • Providing a fair and confidential complaint redressal mechanism
  • Conducting awareness programs and sensitization workshops
  • Ensuring timely inquiry and resolution of complaints
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all proceedings

How to File a Complaint

Any aggrieved woman may submit a written complaint to the Internal Complaints Committee within three months of the incident. The complaint should be addressed to the Presiding Officer of the ICC. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality.
