Students Grievance Redressal Cell

The Students Grievance Redressal Cell at Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering is established to address and resolve grievances of students in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The cell ensures that every student has access to a proper mechanism to voice their concerns and seek redressal.

Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Student submits a written grievance to the Cell or through the online portal.
  2. The grievance is acknowledged within 3 working days.
  3. The Cell investigates the matter and consults relevant departments.
  4. A resolution is communicated to the student within 15 working days.
  5. If unsatisfied, the student may appeal to the Principal.

  • Hostel and campus facility complaints
  • Discrimination or unfair treatment
  • Library and laboratory access issues
