Staff Grievance Redressal Cell

The Staff Grievance Redressal Cell at Late G. N. Sapkal College of Engineering is established to address and resolve grievances of teaching and non-teaching staff in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The cell ensures that every staff member has access to a proper mechanism to voice their concerns and seek redressal.

Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Staff member submits a written grievance to the Cell or through the designated channel.
  2. The grievance is acknowledged within 3 working days.
  3. The Cell investigates the matter and consults relevant authorities.
  4. A resolution is communicated to the staff member within 15 working days.
  5. If unsatisfied, the staff member may appeal to the Principal or Management.

Types of Grievances Handled

  • Service-related issues (salary, increments, promotions)
  • Workload and duty-related concerns
  • Interpersonal conflicts and workplace disputes
  • Discrimination or unfair treatment
  • Facilities and infrastructure concerns

Confidentiality

All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality. The identity of the complainant and the details of the grievance are not disclosed to any unauthorized person. Staff members are encouraged to come forward without fear of victimization.
